Cocaine is one of the commonest illicit drugs used and most frequent causes drug related deaths. Cardiovascular system effects due to cocaine manifests as a variety structural heart issues along with arrhythmias. Atrial flutter common cause morbidity in United States population. Even though research has been sparse on topic use atrial flutter, they have shown be linked. We present here unique case stable chronic middle-aged woman history failure an ejection fraction 15-20%.
